Ellen Cooney

Executive Director

Ellen Cooney has been the Executive Director of PCAC since August of 2007.  She has a MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to working for the PCAC, Ellen  held the position of community outreach staffer for the District Attorneys Office,  co-founded a non-profit to teach kids about entrepreneurship and worked in international businesses consulting firms. 

Nancy Vigil

Family Services Coordinator

Nancy is the Family Coordinator for the PCAC.  She greets the families with a smile and welcomes each person into the home.  Everyone who walks through the door is treated respectfully and Nancy helps to make them feel comfortable.  She has devoted her time working for the Center for 21 years.

Marcia Henning

Assistant Director

Marcia Henning has joined the Pueblo Child Advocacy Center on a part-time basis to assist on grants management and administrative tasks to allow the Executive Director to focus on outreach and strategic ventures. Marcia’s experience includes grant writing and reporting, outreach to diverse populations, published articles and environmental education. Marcia earned her B.A. Degree in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Art from Northeastern Illinois University,
