Ellen Cooney

Executive Director

Ellen Cooney has been the Executive Director of PCAC since August of 2007.  She has a MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to working for the PCAC, Ellen  held the position of community outreach staffer for the District Attorneys Office,  co-founded a non-profit to teach kids about entrepreneurship and worked in international businesses consulting firms. 

Nancy Vigil

Family Services Coordinator

Nancy is the Family Coordinator for the PCAC.  She greets the families with a smile and welcomes each person into the home.  Everyone who walks through the door is treated respectfully and Nancy helps to make them feel comfortable.  She has devoted her time working for the Center for 20 years.

Amanda Aragon

Family Advocate

Amanda is our Family Advocate.  She assists families during the investigation of child abuse.  In addition, she provides initial and follow-up support, referral, and services to families who have been clients of the center.  The intent is to meet the emotional and practical needs of families faced with child abuse and/or neglect and to enable children and families to fully recover and live full and productive lives.
